Job Summary

Support the production and sustainment of highly complex airborne radar electronics. Troubleshoot failures down to root cause across circuit card assemblies, modules, and test sets spanning analog, digital, RF, power, and software interfaces. Interpret engineering documentation, analyze production test data for specification compliance, and provide daily onsite technical support in a high-mix production and lab environment while collaborating cross-functionally with an IPTL.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot and isolate failures to root cause across circuit card assemblies, modules, components, and test sets.
•Resolve hardware and process issues encountered during production and sustainment.
•Interpret and apply engineering documentation such as schematics, assembly drawings, wire lists, and parts lists.
•Analyze production test data to verify specification compliance and identify anomalies or trends.
•Provide daily onsite technical support in a high-mix production and lab environment while working with cross-functional teams to maintain schedules and improve processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
•Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with electronics and electrical circuits, including root-cause failure isolation.
•Experience reading and interpreting drawings and electrical schematics.
•Experience with lab equipment including multimeters, signal sources, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
