Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and adhere to safety and environmental rules and procedures.
  • •Coordinate technology demand intake and assessment, including intake documentation, business justification, prioritization discussions, governance reviews, and status tracking through approval stages.
  • •Gather, organize, and summarize business requirements and collaborator inputs during early initiative assessment.
  • •Collect, consolidate, and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews, leadership updates, and other business reporting materials.
  • •Work with Business Partners, business collaborators, and Digital Systems teams to support planning and decision-making from idea through intake and approval.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •3–5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, portfolio support, business operations, technology services, or an equivalent role.
  • •Experience supporting technology intake, governance, portfolio, planning, and reporting activities, including gathering/analyzing information for prioritization and decisions.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation, presentations, reports, and partner communications.
  • •Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms; Spanish and English proficiency required.
