Key Responsibilities

  • •Support assigned projects by understanding and executing the project expediting strategy and purchase order expediting levels.
  • •Liaise with suppliers and internal functions to drive timely project status reporting, weekly expediting reports, and issue resolution.
  • •Review purchase order delivery requirements, identify expediting levels/actions, and optimize material deliveries according to project schedules and shop demands.
  • •Ensure timely supplier delivery of purchase order items to maintain the project schedule, completing consistent updates in company systems.
  • •Coordinate expediting issues across departments and work with procurement and logistics on material movements and performance gaps (including engineering drawing delays and fabrication/delivery delays).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain Management (or a relevant discipline) or HSD/GED/IGCSE with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •3–6 years of relevant expediting/procurement experience, including knowledge of the expediting process.
  • •Experience expediting supplier documentation and bulk/equipment areas such as piping, electrical, instrumentation, and instrumentation (e.g., regulators, gauges, PSVs).
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • •Experience with materials management systems and understanding of expediting systems/processes (including Unifi Expediting).
