Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain exposure to Invesco Real Estate’s business lines and multiple asset classes.
  • •Work on deals and transactions with real estate professionals supporting business success and client relationships.
  • •Participate in internal/external client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence meetings.
  • •Prepare and update property and portfolio-level financial models in Excel and/or Argus, including sensitivity analysis.
  • •Complete real-world cash studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a rising junior graduating by summer of 2028.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • •Must be able to work in Invesco’s Dallas office.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no employment-based immigration sponsorship is provided.
