Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured discovery and translate complex requirements into clear solution designs for customer and internal operations.
  • •Validate feasibility with Product and Engineering and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • •Default to scalable, product-first approaches; identify compliance and operational risks early and propose mitigation plans.
  • •Document solution designs as reusable templates and contribute to playbooks, checklists, and enablement for Sales, Implementation, CX, and Operations.
  • •Provide structured inputs into product planning by translating field requirements into actionable product gaps, parity needs, workflow improvements, and integration needs.
