Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead structured discovery and translate complex requirements into clear solution designs for customer and internal operations.
•Validate feasibility with Product and Engineering and drive alignment across stakeholders.
•Default to scalable, product-first approaches; identify compliance and operational risks early and propose mitigation plans.
•Document solution designs as reusable templates and contribute to playbooks, checklists, and enablement for Sales, Implementation, CX, and Operations.
•Provide structured inputs into product planning by translating field requirements into actionable product gaps, parity needs, workflow improvements, and integration needs.
