Engage with global enterprise clients to architect end-to-end solutions and implementation approaches aligned to their business needs. Translate complex product functionality, cloud architecture, and network architecture for the sales team and prospects. Identify deployment risks, lead mitigation planning, and write accurate Statements of Work. Drive deployments from kickoff through go-live, support testing and training, and partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
