  • •Oversee and support key operational processes, including investigating and root-causing inventory accuracy issues.
  • •Champion operational standards using business performance data and support sell-through by ensuring inventory count accuracy and coordinating labor hours for product deliveries.
  • •Support a safe work environment and efficient store operation.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls, and review budget, reporting, and metrics (e.g., expenses, sell-thru) to inform planning processes.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team; establish recruiting and succession planning; and oversee Flow experience deliverables while maintaining operational efficiency.
