•Support daily operation monitoring for the EU logistics operations team.
•Support last-mile logistics across DE markets, including courier delivery and reverse logistics.
•Track end-to-end logistics performance and monitor operational KPIs such as delivery timeliness, cancellation rate, and exception rate.
•Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and prepare reports and insights for solution design.
•Coordinate with logistics providers (3PLs, couriers) and internal teams, and assist with SOP documentation and process optimization projects.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a university degree and able to commit at least 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis.
•Data analysis with the ability to explain ideas clearly.
•Interpersonal and communication skills.
•Preferred majors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
•Passion to learn about logistics operations.
