Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and evolve the cross-product marketing strategy, developing a cohesive curriculum to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained usage of card features.
  • •Lead end-to-end campaign execution from insight generation and audience segmentation through targeting, creative briefing, legal alignment, and deployment across email and digital channels.
  • •Design and deliver personalized, cross-channel customer journeys across email, landing page, and MYCA to drive meaningful engagement.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing Operations, and external agencies to shape and execute integrated marketing initiatives.
  • •Drive Test & Learn and personalization strategies (including A/B testing), define KPIs, measure performance, and translate results into actionable recommendations.
  • •Leverage customer research and campaign insights to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • •Ensure marketing excellence and compliance with Legal and Compliance teams for customer-centric and compliant communications.
