Job Summary

The Marketing Manager role delivers WSP’s growth marketing strategy in the Middle East, shaping and deploying marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives, brand, and business targets. You’ll drive brand awareness, support business development and work winning, collaborate with global teams, and manage ROI while based in the Middle East (KSA or UAE).

Key Responsibilities

•Translate global and regional marketing strategies into locally relevant initiatives for the Middle East market.
•Shape and deliver marketing initiatives to support regional growth areas as well as work winning strategies.
•Build and maintain strong partnerships with key sector stakeholders.
•Regularly report on the performance (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
•Collaborate with Marketing and Communications colleagues globally and in corporate services.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration, with 8+ years of shaping and deploying B2B or services marketing strategies.
•Strong interpersonal skills and significant experience in working with senior leadership teams and other key stakeholders.
•Strong experience in engaging clients through the full marketing mix.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and if possible, also in Arabic).
•Excellent knowledge of marketing and communication technologies and tools including AI.
