Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant commercial construction projects.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip, and forecast/update key milestones.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting, and monitor the progress of multiple projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers and oversee information flow through monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications.
  • •Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders; respond to RFIs and support cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually
