Key Responsibilities

  • •Take accountability for all aspects of project management, including detailed project plans, ownership identification, and critical task completion.
  • •Provide regular, clear communication across internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the International Business.
  • •Prioritise activity based on trading objectives while balancing internal requirements and managing client expectations.
  • •Identify and track risks and issues, applying best practice approaches and sharing learnings across the Group.
  • •Plan and coordinate strategic partnership changes (including regulatory novations and commercial assessments), supporting regulatory requirements and reporting on deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project management experience delivering initiatives that support growth, retention, and revenue targets.
  • •Strong relationship management skills and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • •Understanding of the Intermediary market and key partners such as advisory businesses, discretionary investment managers, asset managers, and platforms.
  • •Ability to create and deploy detailed project plans with clear ownership, manage timelines, and ensure completion of critical tasks.
  • •Strong product understanding of SIPPs, Offshore and Onshore Bonds, including support for regulatory requirements and deliverables tracking.
