Provide safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications for ambulatory/outpatient patients while meeting DOH, JCI, and hospital standards. Deliver patient counseling on medication use, dosing, precautions, and storage. Support medication safety initiatives, including LASA and high-alert medication guidelines, while identifying and resolving drug duplications, interactions, and other medication-related issues. Maintain inventory accuracy, expiry monitoring, appropriate storage, and document interventions to support quality improvements.
