Senior ML Software Engineer - Growth & Lifecycle / Lounge by Zalando (all genders)

Own machine-learning personalization systems for Lounge’s Growth & Lifecycle team, turning anonymous traffic into registered members and high-lifetime-value customers. Build and scale feature pipelines, training and evaluation workflows, and batch (and where needed real-time) inference. Deliver measurement via tracking, attribution, and rigorous A/B testing, and integrate models such as churn and next-best-action into customer touchpoints—while mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
