Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately weigh and measure ingredients for use in blends.
  • •Maintain accurate records of quantities of ingredients added to batches.
  • •Use basic math, including fractions, to calculate quantities for partial batches.
  • •Assist with cleaning activities in the blending room and other plant areas.
  • •Stage all materials for pending blends in advance of shift changes.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • •Must be able to tolerate the listed physical and environmental demands of this position with or without accommodations.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
  • •Must have some work experience doing heavy manual labor within the last 5 years.
  • •Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
