Key Responsibilities

•Accurately weigh and measure ingredients for use in blends.
•Maintain accurate records of quantities of ingredients added to batches.
•Use basic math, including fractions, to calculate quantities for partial batches.
•Assist with cleaning activities in the blending room and other plant areas.
•Stage all materials for pending blends in advance of shift changes.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
•Must be able to tolerate the listed physical and environmental demands of this position with or without accommodations.
•Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
•Must have some work experience doing heavy manual labor within the last 5 years.
•Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
