Key Responsibilities

  • •Run RFQs with thermal liquid cooling suppliers for costed BOMs, related NPI development costs, and design-phase change history.
  • •Track and manage raw material readiness with suppliers; monitor and report material shortages and coordinate delivery schedules to reduce supply chain risk.
  • •Maintain thermal liquid cooling BOMs and part numbers across design-phase milestones.
  • •Release thermal liquid cooling FCST and demand orders to suppliers and negotiate to secure material delivery schedules.
  • •Partner with suppliers and engineers on material readiness risk management to reduce E&O.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business/Industrial/Technology Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •Well knowledge of BOM structure and the design process in Thermal Liquid Cooling (servers/Rack).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivots and V-LOOKups).
  • •Proficiency in procurement and supply chain principles and skills; direct supply chain experience is preferred.
  • •Preferred: industry experience in ODM/OEM manufacturing or server system solutions; English proficiency and bilingual Mandarin preferred.
