Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain long-term financial models projecting future fiscal-year top-line metrics, including ARR movements and sensitivity analysis.
  • •Build and refine SaaS valuation and benchmarking frameworks to support investor relations messaging and peer comparisons.
  • •Support M&A activity, including target screening, financial due diligence, accretion/dilution and synergy modeling, and updating forecasts with acquired ARR/revenue.
  • •Create and implement forecasting methodologies adaptable to inorganic growth scenarios and changes in business mix.
  • •Prepare board decks and investor relations presentations and ensure quality assurance/consistency across internal models, public disclosures, and transaction materials.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, corporate development, or transaction advisory.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills with experience in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/DBNRR, billings, FCF) and M&A analysis (valuation, accretion/dilution, synergy modeling).
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, building complex audit-ready models under tight deadlines.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills to translate quantitative analysis into clear board- and investor-ready narrative.
  • •Organized, analytical, collaborative, and able to handle market-sensitive and confidential information in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
