Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers to build distributed microservices and full-stack solutions for regulatory needs.
  • •Collaborate with digital product managers and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that create powerful experiences for customers.
  • •Provide technical leadership across Agile teams, setting standards for design, development, and operational excellence.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities through refactoring, reducing technical debt, improving system performance, and evaluating emerging tools and practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or related virtualization technologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience with database and database management systems (3+ years).
