Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult with internal clients on software technology environments of medium to high complexity.
  • •Translate business requirements into technology terms and develop complex code/algorithms for software solutions.
  • •Prepare technical requirements and systems design documents, including flowcharts and specifications for developers/IT programmers.
  • •Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support deployment and release management across environments.
  • •Document development procedures, support production operations in line with SLAs, and resolve integration/test phase issues.

  • •Seasoned knowledge of multi-technology application design best practices and development/platform engineering.
  • •Ability to take a holistic view of application environments (hardware, applications, databases, operating systems, storage).
  • •Advanced experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • •Seasoned experience with deployment and release management across environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field; relevant DevOps, Agile, cloud, and scripting/programming certifications preferred.
