Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities, target accounts, and prospective clients.
  • •Conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
  • •Engage prospects to understand needs and clearly communicate Kerry’s bioprocessing value proposition.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales forecasting and pipeline updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in commercial sales, business development, or technical sales.
  • •5+ years of experience in biopharmaceuticals/biotechnology or a related field.
  • •Analyze market and competitor trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • •Technical and commercial understanding of cell culture and microbial fermentation and upstream/downstream bioprocessing workflows.
