•Lead Commercial Strategy & Performance Management to drive targets (e.g., GWP, COR) and monitor portfolio performance across channels.
•Conduct portfolio analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities and translate findings into actionable plans.
•Develop insights from market and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improvement opportunities.
•Partner with local and regional teams on business planning, reporting, and strategic projects to ensure alignment with targets.
•Oversee policy operations and ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while driving efficiency and SLA achievement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Statistics, or related field.
•Minimum 10 years of experience in general insurance (P&C), commercial roles, or business management.
•Strong commercial acumen with experience in portfolio management and performance analysis.
•Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
•Experience managing stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
