Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage Trade Services operations section in line with NBF policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines, and ICC rules to meet service delivery standards.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for queries/clarifications related to section activities.
  • •Conduct document checking, transaction verification/authorization, and process customer/counterparty instructions within threshold limits.
  • •Evaluate transaction risk and raise transaction tickets for relevant approvals; ensure collection and application of charges/waivers.
  • •Perform EOD reviews (INAU/IHLD, suspense and pending items), swift message completion and NACK review, maintain MIS, and ensure clean-desk reporting and transaction file upkeep.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Graduate Degree.
  • •Good knowledge of various ICC rules and regulations.
  • •CDCS/CSDG preferred.
  • •Minimum 3/4 years of on-the-job experience in a bank’s Trade Services department at a supervisory level.
  • •Understanding of AML within the UAE and Central Bank regulations related to transactional processing.
