Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with the Completions Manager on discipline activity
•Coordinate with Site QA/QC Manager on final inspection and punch list, red-line drawings to show as-build conditions; perform engineering activities to develop/complete design; prepare/answer Request for Information and Field Work Order Requests
•Supervise the Site Document Management Department and ensure that project personnel adhere to correspondence and filing system guidelines
•Facilitate preparation of drawings for special construction equipment, scaffolds, workstations, and construction aids
•Arrange for procurement, fabrication, and installation of the required items

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent
•5 years of experience in construction
•Moderate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management, and timekeeping systems
•Knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically Excel and Access
•Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
