Key Responsibilities

  • •Review the completeness and consistency of Security and H&S checklists and control lists across Retail, Distribution Centre, and Office Services units.
  • •Support audit planning by monitoring timelines, collecting/sharing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • •Review audit checklists and help upload, organize, and maintain historical checklists in the relevant tools.
  • •Support data analysis and data quality by maintaining and validating incident and project-related information.
  • •Contribute to TAPA certification preparation, map/monitor processes and projects, and prepare presentations, reports, and updates for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Security Management, Health & Safety, or a related field.
  • •Must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 or have student status as of February 1st, 2027.
  • •Must hold EU or EEA citizenship.
  • •Strong interest in security, risk management, health & safety, compliance, or audit-related activities.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfort working with structured data and documentation.
