Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager

Lead food safety, quality, and regulatory programs for a Maple Grove manufacturing facility producing packaging for popcorn brands and table spreads. Report to the Director and drive best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement through hazard analysis, risk assessments, environmental monitoring, pest control, and recall readiness. Own key food safety and quality metrics, investigate complaints, implement corrective and preventive actions, and lead internal, customer, and certification audits while partnering across operations, quality, RQI, and commercial teams.
