Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to company standards, grooming, and Miral Experiences brand expectations while communicating with guests and colleagues.
  • •Serve guests by greeting arrivals, seating tables, taking/relaying orders to the kitchen, and presenting menu recommendations.
  • •Upsell drinks before meals and suggest side orders or beverages (including wine) according to standard operating procedures.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and safety by following UAE health, safety, and environmental policies, HACCP procedures, and emergency procedures/drills.
  • •Operate cash register/POS and manage cash float, lost & found, and daily sales remittance in line with company cash control policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience.
  • •Provide customer service with attention to detail and good communication.
  • •Upselling/suggestive selling skills with broad food and beverage knowledge.
  • •Cash handling experience and ability to follow wristband, cash, and POS procedures.
