Key Responsibilities

  • •Support organization of team work during the Shift Manager’s absence to ensure smooth operations and achievement of targets.
  • •Coordinate team tasks by assigning work, setting priorities, and supporting employees in execution according to Shift Manager guidelines.
  • •Maintain proper organization and work standards in the assigned area, supporting adherence to safety (BHP) rules, procedures, and standards.
  • •Monitor production conditions and respond to ongoing challenges to deliver the production plan together with the team.
  • •Perform Gemba Walks in the assigned area, maintain correct timekeeping (check attendance and report absences), and inform the Shift Manager about important problems, irregularities, or potential risks.
