Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Collaborate and interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages to deliver an acceptable product per contract specifications and codes.
  • •Develop detailed project plans and action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; monitor progress against approved goals and report status and variances.
  • •Run the change control process: assess change requests for impacts, recommend next steps, secure approvals, and issue change orders with management support.
  • •Ensure governance, risk management routines, data integrity, accurate documentation, and prompt client invoicing while tracking project financial status.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the design and construction industry on public-sector projects, ideally K-12 education.
  • •5–8 years of Owner’s Representative or Project Management experience, or equivalent.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a highly client-facing role and managing stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of contracts and construction practices, including ability to read and understand architectural drawings and contract documents.
  • •College degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
