Customer Sales Associate

Serve as a trusted advisor for customers at Trane Supply stores by resolving parts and equipment issues, answering inquiries, and driving timely, accurate order fulfillment. Build sales by identifying related products and add-on extensions, stay current on Trane product and promotion knowledge, and execute quote and order management with high accuracy. Interact with customers by phone and in person and support inventory/warehouse tasks as needed.
