•Develop AI skills through learning platforms and on-the-job activities to accelerate problem solving and decision making.
•Learn and demonstrate solutions addressing customer challenges, and articulate value to customers and partners.
•Progress from CSAP to a Solutions Engineer role within the organization, contributing to the Global Virtual Engineering team after completing rotations.

•Technical degree (Engineering, CS, STEAM) or equivalent with real-world technical curiosity (home lab, certifications, or side projects)
•Fluent in English and the country’s primary language
•Legally authorized to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship
•Interest in AI, networking and software (e.g., Java/Python) and ability to learn quickly
•Confident communicator who can translate complex technologies into clear business value
