Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply the depot’s shift plan and delegate/prioritize duties to meet daily requirements.
  • •Ensure goods in are received per SOPs and orders are picked accurately and on time.
  • •Maintain electronic and paper records correctly and process administration for issuing, receiving, and returns.
  • •Maintain stock integrity via correct storage locations, coding/labeling, FIFO practices, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
  • •Oversee loading/unloading of sales vans, handle waste/leakage disposal, and comply with SHEQ, H&S, housekeeping, and food safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2+ years of experience in a similar job in FMCG companies.
  • •Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory control.
  • •Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
  • •Experience with a Warehouse Management System and/or RF systems; must be willing to work in temperature-controlled environments and drive a forklift.
