Manager, Strategy & Innovation

Lead North America food and/or food packaging regulatory compliance strategies across a diverse product portfolio. Serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state requirements, conducting horizon scanning, regulatory assessments, and risk mitigation. Translate regulatory obligations into clear policies and implementation plans, manage submissions and agency correspondence, and oversee compliance monitoring and enforcement readiness. Partner with R&D, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external regulators to embed compliance into growth and commercialization.
