Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct application and dependency assessments for applications hosted in the Cyberjaya Data Centre, including categorization by environment, business criticality, and RTO/RPO.
  • •Produce detailed application dependency mapping covering upstream/downstream systems, external integrations (e.g., CTOS, CCRIS, CBM, SOA Gateways, MQs, APIs), and shared services (e.g., LDAP, SMTP, monitoring tools, schedulers).
  • •Validate data residency and regulatory compliance (BNM, PDPA, internal policies) and ensure proper segregation of MY PROD and SG DR environments.
  • •Perform application impact and risk assessments, identify single points of failure, and define mitigation and rollback strategies; validate network design, connectivity flows, firewall directionality, and IP requirements.
  • •Prepare environments by standardizing and cleaning up configurations, decommissioning obsolete components, validating backup/restore readiness, and reviewing certificate readiness and secrets management/keystore configurations.
