Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate the Community Learning Plan (CLP) and serve as main facilitator and curriculum developer.
  • •Oversee Resident Assistants’ planning, administration, execution, and assessment of CLP within living areas.
  • •Manage living-area operations including room assignments support, coordination with Housing Operations, and supervision of living-area physical condition with facilities.
  • •Assist with student health and safety, supervise inspection processes, support fire drills, and provide on-call emergency response coverage.
  • •Coach, mentor, and model university standards; mediate roommate conflicts and support students through disciplinary and emergency situations with proper documentation and referrals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •1–3 years relevant experience in Student Affairs in Higher Education.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • •Self-directed ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with teams.
  • •Ability to balance administrative and relational tasks while presenting professionally and supporting the university’s mission and doctrinal/ethical statements.
