Own end-to-end claims delivery for Dyson NPD launches across product categories, partnering with GC marketing counterparts to shape CN-for-CN claims ideas and claim & accreditation strategy. Key Responsibilities

•Be end-to-end responsible for fulfilling claims delivery into NPD launches for one or more Dyson product categories.
•Work with GC marketing counterparts to develop CN-for-CN claims ideas and a claim & accreditation strategy aligned to GC portfolio and marketing strategy.
•Develop and execute claims substantiation plans across multiple projects, including desktop research, internal analysis, and external testing.
•Perform technical review of claims and Marketing & PR copy, and provide claims risk assessments for business decision-making.
•Generate claims substantiation documents for advertising censorship or to defend claims against challenges, and support Dyson reputation protection committee in consumer complaints, market surveillance, and litigation.

Key Requirements

•Educational background in science or engineering.
•7+ years of consumer goods industry experience, including at least 3 years in claims, plus product development/validation or consumer technical insights.
•Strong knowledge of claims substantiation and toolkit, including claim censorship rules, product regulation, and standards.
•Ability to manage multiple projects with planning, execution, progress tracking, and reporting to cross-category stakeholders.
•Fluent English and exceptional communication skills to influence diverse audiences across Dyson global locations and functions.
