Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and process coordination.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to track progress, provide candidate updates, and maintain momentum throughout the hiring pipeline.
•Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to final offer.
•Coordinate onboarding logistics, welcoming new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
•Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 18,000 - 25,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers — ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby.
•Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies.
•Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services.
•Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework — you don’t need to be a legal expert, but understanding the impact of current regulations on hiring and employee operations is a significant plus.
