Direct and manage engineering activities for major utility-scale generation, environmental control, and plant improvement projects, primarily through consulting A/E firms. Lead preliminary project engineering to support schedule and cost estimates, develop project plans aligned to objectives, and manage multidisciplinary teams to build investment-grade estimates for senior approval. Coordinate fuel, water, wastewater, and high-voltage interconnection scoping and contracting, resolve technical execution issues, and provide project status reporting.
