Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and own the EMEA partnerships strategy, including where it diverges from US/global priorities.
  • •Serve as the internal voice for the EMEA partner ecosystem and advise cross-functional stakeholders on local strategy needs.
  • •Build Apollo’s EMEA agency partner program from scratch, including enablement, capability verification, and matchmaking.
  • •Own regional execution of Apollo’s CRM and technology alliances (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), unlocking co-sell motion and identifying integration opportunities.
  • •Assess and develop reseller partnerships across EMEA by defining commercial models, partner criteria, and enablement requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or channel roles with significant EMEA market experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience building a partner program or regional partnerships function from an early stage.
  • •Comfortable working across agency/SI relationships, technology alliances, and reseller/channel models.
  • •Track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue in a commercial-facing role.
  • •Based in EMEA with fluency in English required (additional European language is a plus).
