  • •Work with the project manager/estimator to develop project schedules and updates.
  • •Schedule projects, personnel, and equipment in coordination with the dispatcher and manage equipment movement and transport schedules.
  • •Interface daily with the crew to understand needs, problems, and job progress; ensure timecards and hours are recorded accurately.
  • •Supervise direct reports and support job startup and planning by reviewing project plans, specifications, and startup lists; travel to job sites as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Background in heavy civil construction including excavation, underground utilities, grading, site work, concrete and asphalt paving (3-6 years).
  • •Progressed from laborer to a leadership position with ability to teach, coach, and mentor crew members (equipment operators, laborers, pipe layers).
  • •Effective leader managing multiple construction projects at a time, including personnel, scheduling, and equipment (3+ years).
