Maintenance Technician responsible for supporting the Duluth Building Finishing team by performing work orders and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining packaging and process systems. •Participate in the 'Sika SAFE' program.
•Execute work orders and PMs; troubleshoot as needed.
•Work with equipment including mixers, piping systems, valves, pumps, instrumentation and controls.
•Support packaging equipment such as conveyors, fillers, palletizers, robotics, and material handling.
•Maintain facilities and other equipment including forklifts, dock equipment, HVAC, overhead doors, and plumbing.

Key Requirements

•Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

•Must be flexible and willing to work some overtime and be on-call for occasional weekends as scheduled.
•Must be self-directed, have good communication skills, and able to work alone.
