Lead and inspire a team of Market Managers and Market Associates to grow Airbnb’s Homes supply across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Partner with the Country Manager to execute country strategic plans, design territory-level strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality, and drive experimentation with measurable outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, Policy, and Product, monitor KPIs, and coach talent to build an inclusive, high-performing culture.
