Lead the Business and Strategy Analytics organization across Asia Pacific, driving decision-ready intelligence from Visa’s data assets and intelligence infrastructure. Own the operating model that connects business stakeholders to analytical solutions, ensure measurable adoption of analytics and AI tools, and provide senior analytical counsel on high-stakes commercial questions. Translate ambiguous business needs into scalable intelligence products, monitor analytical rigor and trust in AI outputs, and shape the intelligence roadmap based on recurring regional demand.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the operating model connecting business stakeholders to BSA’s intelligence infrastructure to ensure analytical questions are well-framed and outcomes are measurable.
•Drive adoption and active use of BSA intelligence products, AI tools, and self-serve platforms, with accountability for measurable intelligence outcomes in commercial decision-making.
•Ensure stakeholders receive timely, decision-ready intelligence across reporting, ad hoc analysis, strategic diagnostics, causal measurement, and AI-assisted insight.
•Partner with the BSA team to shape the intelligence product roadmap, prioritizing based on real business demand and recurring commercial questions.
•Monitor intelligence output quality, analytical rigor, and adoption outcomes; represent the business perspective in planning cycles and leadership forums.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12 years in analytics or data science, including significant leadership of analytical functions in a commercial context, plus a postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent depth.
•Strong data science foundation to set analytical standards and critically evaluate work produced by others.
•AI-native practitioner who can prototype solutions using frontier AI tools and evaluate outputs with appropriate scepticism.
•Ability to translate high-stakes, ambiguous commercial problems into precise, scalable analytical problem statements.
•Strong business acumen and payments/financial services experience to connect intelligence outputs to commercial outcomes across regional, multi-market environments.
