Key Responsibilities

•Shape an AI learning strategy by assessing learner needs and building a thoughtful, multi-pronged approach for employees at all levels.
•Design and launch org-wide learning programs tailored to different levels of AI familiarity, from beginners to power users.
•Partner with business leaders to uncover high-impact opportunities for AI integration within their functions.
•Create scalable resources such as playbooks, job aids, and functional guides to help teams embed AI into daily workflows.
•Experiment with new ways AI can be used within L&D and support broader L&D priorities like onboarding, leadership development, and career growth.
