Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment/tools using independent judgment.
  • •Use laptops/tablets to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose root causes.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and ensure documentation is complete and timely on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of applicable tools.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; at least 21 years old to operate the company vehicle.
