Key Requirements

  • •Active Massachusetts Registered Architect (RA) license or licensure in another New England state with reciprocity eligibility.
  • •Experience applying industry knowledge of concepts, codes, and technical capabilities to solve architectural issues with senior staff support as needed.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and organize architectural drawing sets across SD, DD, CD, and CA phases.
  • •Proficiency with Revit and other BIM tools; experience with coordination and package completion on complex architectural projects.
