Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project management for individual real estate projects, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to define requirements, prepare scope, delivery resource needs, cost estimate and budget, work plan, schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report status and variances; create action plans to meet objectives.
  • •Implement change management routines to assess change requests, secure client approvals, and issue change orders with impact analysis.
  • •Lead and motivate project delivery resources/teams (typically smaller teams), including managing 3rd-party resources and facilitating project meetings and documentation governance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from a college or university and/or equivalent related experience.
  • •Prior project management experience is preferred.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • •Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles, including intermediate quantitative analysis (e.g., percentages, discounts).
  • •Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to read and understand architectural drawings; working knowledge of MS Project is helpful.
