Shape research strategy for multiple product areas by running mixed-method studies end to end and translating findings into actionable insights. Partner with product, design, engineering, and data science to define what teams should learn next, build frameworks and measurement systems, and influence product strategy at senior leadership levels. Lead AI-accelerated research by using AI across the lifecycle and building reusable tooling while evaluating outputs for accuracy and bias.
