Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct administrative and operational support to senior branch leadership, managing calendars, meetings, briefs, and competing mission priorities.
  • •Develop, edit, and maintain technical and business documentation (e.g., SOPs, policies, manuals, and reports) and ensure accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
  • •Translate complex technical and business information into clear written materials; consolidate inputs into cohesive executive-level documents.
  • •Track system issues, functional requests, enhancements, resolutions, and support testing/validation and release-cycle tracking for software changes.
  • •Coordinate information and deliverables across product teams and external contractors, monitor progress/action items, and provide recurring status reporting for leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in IT roles providing administrative, operational, analytical, technical writing, or project support.
  • •Demonstrated ability to produce professional technical and business documentation in a technical environment.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
