Key Responsibilities

  • •Support relationship managers in building, growing, and protecting trusted relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
  • •Start developing client connections early by learning clients’ businesses, goals, and how HSBC solutions support them.
  • •Act as a bridge between HSBC and clients by helping the team get to know clients inside out.
  • •Collaborate across teams, geographies, and functions (including Legal, Credit, and Risk) to deliver for clients.
  • •Help with client presentations, reports, credit papers, strategic reviews and pitches, and perform financial analysis and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Be available to work full time for 8 weeks commencing July 2027.
  • •Have obtained (or expect to achieve) a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or overseas equivalent).
  • •Expected to graduate between September 2027 and July 2028.
  • •Be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Be legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full duration of the graduate programme and beyond, without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
