Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialized technical advisory and analytical support to the JP Secretariat for implementation of the “Bridging the Digital Health Divide” joint programme.
  • •Produce an inception report assessing current JP implementation status, integration gaps, stakeholder landscape, and recommended technical advisory approach.
  • •Develop analytical briefs synthesizing JP progress across PUNOs for Q3 2026 and across sub-outputs for Q4 2026, identifying bottlenecks and recommending priority actions.
  • •Prepare technical materials for annual JP Steering Committee and provide technical advisory inputs to Operational Committee processes, including analytical background notes, agenda/briefing documentation, and draft minutes.
  • •Deliver a comprehensive analytical report covering full contract-period JP implementation status, progress, outcomes, and remaining-phase recommendations.

Salary: USD 3,045 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in public health, information systems, law, public administration, or a related field.
  • •At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in digital governance, digital health, information systems, or related technical fields, including technical advisory/analytical support in public sector or multi-stakeholder contexts.
  • •Proven experience working with health information systems or digital health platforms at national level, including development or implementation of national digital health programmes, information systems, or interoperability frameworks.
  • •Experience developing or technically reviewing regulatory and policy documents in the health or digital sector (e.g., laws, government decrees, ministerial orders, normative acts).
  • •Demonstrated managerial or senior coordination experience, including direct supervision of staff/units and coordination across multiple government or institutional stakeholders.
